The way Tessitore was jacking up the AAC and the game last night, I was very skeptical. The way Tessitore was jacking up the AAC and the game last night, I was very skeptical. But isn't it true. Are games cost ESPN near zero bucks rights fee + production costs vs a real rights fee + production costs. The ACC fees are sunk costs through 2025. ESPN gets no benefit from playing up the AAC over the ACC, unless fans actually believe that. More likely the announcer is assigned to the AAC and his personal compensation depends on people watching his games.
