It's weird how Clemson is being elevated. They have done nothing and just suffered one of the worst bowl beat downs ever. Imagine if the BE champ got beat that badly.
The ACC is VT and FSU. If Miami ever came back, that would be enough to justify AQ status, assuming more than 1 BCS bowl win per decade. The B12 thrived for years on 2-1/2 top 25 teams.

Miami and Florida State. Clemson is a joke and has been a joke for years. I don't understand where the Clemson is a major power comes from, given their performance in the past quarter century...But both Miami and florida State have a shot, if they have an outstanding season, of earning a berth...well Miami does if it doesn't get the death penalty!
