The 5th Annual “Big Strick Classic” Memorial high school basketball game will be held on Saturday, August 8th , 2015 @ Gauchos Gym at 478 Gerard Ave Bronx, New York.
On Saturday, August 8th, 2015, The doors open at 4:15pm event starts at 5:00pm and admission is FREE. The players will participate in a 3-point shootout followed by a Dunk contest Then, “let the games begin” as Team Armoni faces off against Team Escalade in the Regional matchup game followed by the Main Event, Team USA vs. Team NYC. It promises, as always to be a great event!

The gym is right next to Hostos Community College. Two blocks from the 149th Street - Grand Concourse stop on the 2 and 5 train.

UConn commit Alterique Gilbert, a high-level point guard from Lithonia, Ga., was to appear in the Big Strick Classic, but he couldn't make it to New York on Friday and may not be able to make it for the game.
